Understanding our no-refund policy
We operate a strict no-refund policy. No refunds or credits will be provided under any circumstances for event tickets, bookings, cover charges, or processing fees.
This no-refund policy applies to all purchases made through Hopzy, including:
Cover charge payments are converted to Hopzy Coins and credited to your wallet.
Coins are valid for 15 days from the date of purchase.
Coins can only be used at the same venue where the original cover charge was paid.
Expired or unused coins cannot be refunded or converted back to cash.
Hopzy acts as an intermediary platform connecting users with event organizers and venues. We are not responsible for:
Ticket Transfers: Some events may allow ticket transfers. Please contact the event organizer directly to check if transferring tickets to friends or family is an option.
In rare cases of technical failures on our end (e.g., double charges due to payment gateway errors), we may review and address the issue on a case-by-case basis. To request a review:
This Refund Policy is governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from this policy shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Jaipur, Rajasthan.
